Responsibilities
Contribute to Quantity Surveying assignments appropriate to your experience level Undertake property and construction research Prepare clear, professional work Communicate with clients and colleagues Use Koste's reporting systems and technology Experienced candidates may manage projects independently and support technical review
Experience
Graduate candidates: strong attention to detail, good communication, interest in construction and property, comfort with technology and willingness to learn. Tax depreciation experience is not required. Experienced candidates: relevant Quantity Surveying experience, strong property and construction knowledge, project-management ability, professional report writing, client-facing capability, technical judgement and commercial awareness.
Qualifications
Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related degree for graduate candidates. AIQS, RICS or equivalent membership is desirable at more senior levels.
