Responsibilities
Undertake property research Inspect properties where required Analyse comparable evidence Prepare professional valuation and advisory reports Work alongside Quantity Surveyors Liaise with accountants, advisers and property owners Maintain appropriate professional standards Help Koste develop its valuation and property advisory capability
Experience
Strong property-market knowledge Strong report-writing capability Analytical judgement Client-facing skills Understanding of property taxation is advantageous.
Qualifications
Relevant valuation qualification and appropriate registration or accreditation for the work undertaken. No specific CPV or RPV requirement is stated at this stage.
