Responsibilities
Film Koste team members Capture property and construction content Attend relevant site visits Edit short and long-form video Turn technical concepts into understandable stories Repurpose content across platforms Maintain a practical content calendar Support social publishing and project photography Work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager Improve the consistency of Koste's visual content
Experience
Strong filming and editing skills Ability to produce professional work without a large production crew Good storytelling and short-form video ability Strong visual standards Comfort working with senior professionals Ability to simplify technical subjects Interest in property, construction or business Ability to work quickly and consistently Property or construction experience is desirable but not essential for an excellent creator.
